Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgcarrots
  2. 3amla
  3. 3oranges
  4. leavesCoriander
  5. To tastelemon juice
  6. To tastesalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly wash the carrots and peel the orange

  2. 2

    Then take a juicer and add carrots in it oranges amla coriander leaves and strain it.

  3. 3

    Then pour this juice into glass and add salt and squeeze lemon on it and serve.
