Stuffed golden yam balls

Mash the cooked yam, add 1/4 table spoon of salt, one seasoning cube, and break one egg on top, mix thoroughly

Mould the yam in your palms and scoop a spoon full of the stir fried beef then scoop some more mashed yam and cover the fillings, roll in you palms to form a ball set aside and continue with the process till mashed yam is finished

Now break 2 eggs, add 1/4 spoon of salt and beat, dip the balls in egg and coat with bread crumbs and fry till golden brown, remove excess oil using a serviette and serve.
