Ingredients

  • 1¹/² cup flour
  • ¹/² tin sugar
  • Tea spoonvanilla essence
  • Tea spooncoconut flavor
  • 2 spoongrated coconut
  • Halfand quarter bag simas
  • 1 tspfull baking powder
  • 3large egg

Steps

  1. 1

    In a clean mixing bowl mix butter and sugar till creamy.

  2. 2

    Whisk egg in a separated bowl and pour to the mixture above, add baking powder, vanilla and coconut flavor, grated coconut an mix well

  3. 3

    Add flour and mix till well incorporated.

    Baked it for 20 minutes.
