Take a bowl add maida and 2 tbsp oil in it mix it well and properly check it was combining or not.

Then add water in it to make a proper dough. Not so hard and soft it was moderate dough.

Then make small maida balls of dough, then spread dry maida and make like poori round circle shape not so thin and fat

Then add 1 tsp boondi in it and paste it's corner with water and close it properly and press it with fork. Make all gujhiya like this.

Take a pan put some oil for fry.

When the oil heat up in pan then slow the flame and pour the gujhiya in it. In medium flame it cooks properly.

Then take out from the pan and serve it in plate
