Ingredients

  • 4Raw Banana
  • 1Capsicum
  • 1 cupBoiled Cauliflower
  • 1 cupCabage Raw
  • 5Tomatoes
  • 1Cucumber
  • 3 tbspCoriander leaves
  • 1Lemon
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tbspSugar
  • 1 tspJeera / Cumin
  • 1 tbsRed chilli powder
  • 1/2 tbsBlack pepper powder
  • 2Green chilies
  • 1/2 tbspTurmeric powder
  • 1 tbspGaram masala / whole spice powder
  • as neededGreen chutney butter and ketch up
  • as neededBread

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil raw banana in a pressure cooker for 3 whistles

  2. 2

    Mash it and then add all vegetables in it

  3. 3

    Add whole spices in it mix well

  4. 4

    Apply butter cutney and ketch up on a bread and put stuffing and grill it
