Ingredients

  1. 250 gmspaneer grated
  2. 1carrot grated
  3. 1/2capsicum finely chopped
  4. 8-10mushrooms roughly chopped
  5. 2 cupsblanched spinach
  6. 1/2 cupboiled corn kernels
  7. 5-6garlic cloves chopped
  8. 2 tspoil
  9. 1 tspred chilli flakes
  10. 1 tspgarlic powder
  11. 1 tsporegano
  12. 1/2 cupgreen mint chutney
  13. 8 slicesbread
  14. 1 tspblack pepper powder
  15. 1/2 tspchaat masala
  16. as per tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    In a large bowl add grated paneer, carrot and capsicum.

    In a non stick pan heat a tsp of olive oil and add garlic, mushrooms, spinach and corn. Season it with salt and pepper and sauté for 5 mins on high flame.

    Switch off the flame and let it cool. Add these cooked veggies into the bowl of grated veggies.

    Season the veggies with some more salt, pepper and chaat masala and mix well.

    Take the bread slices and cut it's edges. With the help of a rolling pin flatten the bread slice and apply green mint chutney on it.

    Make croquets of the veg mix and place on the edge of the bread slice and roll it carefully.

    In a bowl make a mix of olive oil with oregano, red chilli flakes and garlic powder.

    Place the rolls on a baking tray and apply the olive oil mix over them with the help of brush. And bake in the oven for 10-15 mins at 180 degree.

    Serve with any dip of your choice.
