Ingredients

2/3 servings

1 tbspjowar flour / sorghum flour
1 tbspmakka flour / maize flour
1 tbspbajra flour / millet flour
1 tbspgram flour
2 tbspwhole wheat flour
as per tasteSalt
1/4 tbspajwain / carom
1/4 tbspblack salt
1finally chopped onion
1/4 cupchopped green coriander

Steps

1

Mix all flour in a mixing bowl,add salt, add ajwain make a soft dough and keep aside for 20 minutes

Now make paratha fill with chopped onion and roast on tawa with oil
3

Enjoy with dahi or chutney
