Rice and beans with cabbage and carrots sauce

Into a pot put your beans add water and potash water put the put on fire and allow the beans to cook half way.

Rise the bean with clean water and now add the rice into the bean and add water enough to cook both the rice and the beans, add a little salt to rice and beans.

Cut the cabbage to your desired shape, wash and put in a colander and allow it to drain. Wash the carrots, peel and cut to your desired shape and keep aside. Cut the onion and wash.

Put some vegetable oil in a sauce pan and allow the oil to be hot on fire, add your onion 1st, then carrots and cabbage, add seasoning cube, salt, tumeric and ginger and stir fry on medium flame.
