Kebab Egg Sandwich

Take the chicken mince and add all the ingredients mentioned.Mix well and let it marinate for 1 hr

Make small kebabs and shallow fry them.set aside

Take eggs add salt and pepper and whisk them.In a pan add some ghee and pour the eggs. now place 2 slices of bread

Turn and cook the egg on other side.flip again and place the cheese slices and sprinkle some chaatmasala

Place our kebabs over the cheese

On the other 2 slices of bread apply green chutney and the tamarind, dates dip and spread. Place on the kababs

Spread some ghee on top and complete the sandwich till golden brown

Cut and serve the sandwich along with some sauce and salad
