Boil water in a pan

Prepare veg

Fry some oil in a pan add the chopped garlic cloves and fry off with sea salt

Add chopped tomatoes to the pan with the garlic and 1 min later add chopped mushrooms

Wait until mushrooms start to release liquid, then reduce heat

Add the green lentils to the pan and stir in

Once water is boiling in the pot, add the pasta

Reduce heat further on veg pan and add the Broccoli

Stir the veg and heat further, then add sesame seeds and some ground coriander

Add the smoked tofu to the pan and stir through / heat

Drain the pasta when ready and serve with the veg / tofu
