Baked Bacon
This is the best way to get perfect bacon every time.
Cooking Instructions

Line a pan with parchment paper or foil. Use a pan with at least 1/2 inch edge, NOT a cookie sheet.

Arrange the bacon flat in the pan, do not overlap.
- 3
Bake at 325° for 30-40 minutes (depending on thickness), turning the bacon halfway through.
- 4
Transfer the cooked bacon to several layers of paper towels or napkins (to absorb grease).
- 5
Allow bacon to cool uncovered for about 10 minutes, then enjoy!
