Kesar pista kulfi

Firstly boil 1 litre milk.

Stir milk after every minute.

Dip kesar in 4 tbsp milk.

When the boiled milk turns to half then add dipped kesar into it.

Then add sugar and cardamom powder into it than turn off the gas.

When it gets cool,add chopped pista and almonds into it.

Then fill it in kulfi container and refrigerate it.

After 3-4 hours take it out from kulfi container.

Now your kesar pista kulfi is ready to eat.
