Steps

In a thick bottom pan, add milk and sugar, bring this to boil.

Once the milk is boiled, take 1/2 cup milk out of it & let it cool a little. Keep the remaining milk on a low flame.

Take custard powder in a small bowl and add the above cool milk to it.

Now slowly add this custard mix to the milk which is boiling, keep stirring continuously and make sure there are no lumps.

Add few drops of vanilla essence and give one boil, put the flame off and let the custard cool completely.

Next goes in all the cut/chopped fruits (you can add any fruits of your choice) and keep this in refrigerator for few hours. You can add dry fruits also along with the fresh fruits.

Serve cold.

Tip : do not add pineapple, as this will make your custard bitter.
