Ingredients

  • 1cup Sour curd
  • As requiredWater
  • 3 tbspBrown sugar or shakkar
  • 2Slivered almonds
  • As neededRaisins
  • 1 tbspFresh malai

Steps

  1. 1

    The ingredients are as in first pic. Mix the sugar and curd in a blender and blend well.Add malai and give a quick stir else ghee will separate.

    Add required amount of water and blend again. Take out in glasses and garnish with malai raisins and slivered almonds. Sikran is ready. Serve.
