In a clean bowl,add flour, salt,bakingpowder n milk, n whisk,add butter n mix using ur hand until resemble bread crumbs,make a well at d center n add in cold water n mix until well combined n smooth.

Transfer into a Floured surface table n knead very wel,cover n keep to rest for 20minute while y prepare d fillings.

Add v. Oil in saucepan, add dice garic,onion n saute add ur minced meat n fry until meat Change colour, add one cup of water, cover n allow to cook for some minutes,add potatoes, carrots,seasoning,thyme,curry,salt to taste cover and allow to cook.mix flour n water together n pour into d mxture in order to bind them together. Cook for mint.remive spread in a tray b allow to cool.

Bring ur dough,knead n spread cut round,placed in ur meat pie cutter,egg wash the inner,put in d fillings n press the cutter to give d desire meat pie shape, egg wash to get that golden brown colour.

Bake for 15-20mins
