Steps

Take a pan and add gram flour in it

Add melted ghee and stir constantly for 1 minutes on low medium flame

Add raisins and stir it until raisins get swollen. once raisins get swollen means gram flour is cooked

Add sugar and milk and mix it

Stir constantly to avoid lumps

Add cardamom powder, badam powder and all dry fruits and saffron

Cook until all milk absorbed by besan
- 8
Garnish with dry fruits and saffron and served it
