Carrot and Fenugreek sabzi

Carrot is the healthy sabji in winter. We like it more . We can make Sabji, Koshimbir, Halwa from it . We can 100 types of food from carrot . if you want to make sweet , we can make it easily .If you want to make it tasty & delicious we can make it .
Today i decided to make Subji of carrot . Do you know this subji is a daily food but it can make tremendous difference in our daily life. Means if our Subji is tasty then we can eat anything comfortably and vice Versa.
Carrot subji we can make in so many ways but today i have decided to make in this way .

Ingredients

3 servings
  • 3 big sizedCarrots [well chopped]
  • 2 bowlsFenugreek leaves well chopped
  • 2 tbspcoriander leaves
  • 1 bowldal pieces [soaked ]
  • 1/4 bowlOil [small]
  • 1 tbspmustard seeds
  • 1 tbspcumin powder
  • 1/2 tbspgarlic paste
  • 11/2 tbspgaram Masala
  • 1 tbspchilli powder
  • 1/2 tbspturmeric powder
  • 2 tbspsalt
  • as neededHot water

Steps

    Take the washed carrots, cut it in to small pieces & keep aside.

    Chop the Methi and keep aside.

    Keep the GramDal tukada to soak half an hour before making subji.
    Chop the coriander & mix it in the Methi leaves.
    Now keep the pan on the gas, pour oil to it, add mustard seeds & wait to splutter.
    Now slowly add pieces of chopped carrot & Methi leaves & stir it well.
    Now add soaked Gram tukada dal to it, add garam masala, chilli powder, salt to it.

    Stir it well, add hot water to cook the dal well.
    Keep the lid on it to get the nice steam.
    Now put off the gas your well prepared Carrot, Methi Subji is ready to serve.
    Serve it with chapati or Roti, it gives good taste with Jowar Roti.
