It's time for our QOTW (Question of the Week) where we'll be talking about ingredients, methods, and sometimes just plain fun food stuff.

I'm planning a get-together with friends next month and coming up with a menu, and it made me wonder what y'all like to serve to company.

Once a year, we have this big paella fiesta, so that's definitely a favorite dish to serve to guests. (Which reminds me - gotta post a recipe of that sometime!)

A good roast chicken with a nice salad and some roasted potatoes also seems to hit the spot for most. Simple deliciousness - can't go wrong. Pasta is always a quick and easy solution when you're last minute scrounging for ingredients.
