Ingredients

  1. 3-4Potatoes
  2. 1/2 cupCorn flour
  3. 1/4 cupFlour
  4. 1 tspBlack pepper powder
  5. 1 tbspChilli flakes
  6. Some oregano
  7. Sesame seed 1 full tbsp
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 2 tbspVinegar

Steps

  1. 1

    Potatoes 3-4 medium size peel and divided into half and slice them in wedges similarly make all.

  2. 2

    Next wash potato wedges and take out in a plate put some water into a pot bring it to boil when start boiling add salt and and washed potato wedges cook wedges only 50%

  3. 3

    Check whether they're partially cook or not when is cook take them out let them cool.

  4. 4

    In a bowl add corn flour 1/2 cup add flour 1/4 cup add black pepper powder, chilli flakes, some oregano, sesame seed, salt to taste then vinegar make a medium consistently paste with water.

  5. 5

    Make sure are no lumps. Better shouldn't be too flowy add potato wedges into it then mix. Coat every potato nicely.

  6. 6

    Cover it with foil paper or cling row keep them in freezer for 3 hours later drop carefully into oil.

  7. 7

    Cook both sides till nice & crisp wedges are cooked take them out serve with ketchup or your favorite dip. Enjoy it
