Ingredients

  1. Yam
  2. Eggs
  3. Oil
  4. Sauce or ketchup
  5. Seasoning
  6. Onion
  7. Scotch bonnet
  8. Garlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel off the yam,cut into thin plane pieces,wash and boil.

  2. 2

    Sieve and allow to cool a bit so it doesn't break while frying.

  3. 3

    Break some eggs in a bowl,add seasonings, onion,garlic and scotch bonnet and whisk.

  4. 4

    Heat oil in a pan,dip the boiled yam one after the other into the beaten eggs and drop into the oil. Fry till golden brown.

  5. 5

    Serve with sauce or ketchup... Enjoy
