Rice
Sliced onion
Tomatoe paste
Maggi
Blended fresh tomatoe with red pepper, bell pepper and onion
Veg oil
Meat stock
Salt
Curry
Thyme
Bayleave
Nut meg(optional)

Steps

Place a pot of veg oil on heat,add onion and tomatoe paste till fry and dry

Add blended pepper mixture
3

Add salt,magi,curry,thyme,stock, bayleave, stir till oil start to float on top
4

Add enough water for cooking the rice
5

Allow it boil
6

Wash the rice three times, add it to d boiling water
7

Cover till done
