Steps

Remove the casing from the lap cheong sausage. Slice into bite sized pieces.

Start the eggs

Scramble and when done put on a plate

Put the lap cheong sausage into the pan stirfry for 3 minutes

Slice the hotdogs and add to the sausage fry till the hotdogs get color on them.

Add jalapeño peppers stir fry for 3 minutes

Add the HP sauce mix in well sauté for 3 minutes coating everything. Add to plate.

Add cilantro. Serve hope you enjoy!
