Ingredients

1 lbraw cleaned shrimp
1/2 cupchopped onion
1/4 cuplime juice
1/4 cuptequila
2 tbs.chile powder
2 tbs.garlic powder
2 tbs.salt or less depends on ur liking
1sliced lemon
2 tbs.evoo

Steps

Toss all ingredients together and bake for 30-35 min in a oven @ 375° until pink and they curl

Remove lemon.. And serve on a warm corn tortilla topped with shredded cabbage salsa and lime
