Now take bowl add besen,suji,and curd mix well

Then add oil,salt, turmeric powder,sugar mix well

Add baking soda and water in it and mix well if the batter is thick

Now take greased another bowl to make dhokla and pour the batter in it and steam for 15 minutes

For make dhokla tadka.Take a pan add oil,rai,green chilli, curry leaves,white til.

Then add 1 glass water, lemon juice, sugar a the salt to taste.and boil for 10 minute

Now another side dhokla is ready cut into pieces and tadka on it and coriander leaves. And serve it.
