Take Flour and mix in a bowl make a hollow pit in it add ghee (moen) it. Mix well with hand.

Add lukewarm water in small portion and knead soft dough.

Cover the dough and keep aside for 15 mins.

For stuffing : Heat pan add 2 tsp ghee to it as ghee melt add sooji to it, stir and roast it still golden brown.

Pour into a bowl and add sugar powder in it.

Roast dry fruits and pour into a sooji bowl.

Slightly roast grated coconut in hot pan for half a minute and pour in a same bowl.

Crumble the mawa and roast till it changes the colour and add raising in a bowl.

Add elaichi powder and mix all ingredients as well.

Meanwhile dough is ready knead it a bit.

Now take a small portion of the dough take some flour and do roll in thin poori.

Put stuffing and cover from corner and pack it properly you can also use modeling machine or hand to give proper shape.

Prepare all gujiya like this and deep fry ghee / oil in brown in colour.

Then take in a serving plate. The gujiya is ready to serve.
