Steps

Place bananas, eggs, sugar and butter into blender and whizz until smooth (or mash bananas and beat other ingredients)

Pour into bowl and add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt and mix to combine (don't beat)

Add conserve and swirl a little through the mixture - don't mix in as you want it to stay separate

Grease and line a loaf tin. Pour mixture in and gently shake to settle
- 5
Bake at 350º for 50-55 minutes - remove and cool on rack
