Steps

Slice and boil the chicken salamis. Drain out the water and keep aside to dry.

Mix the eggs with flour and water with salt and sugar to make a smooth batter.

Warm oil in a big and deep frying pan.Add small scoops of the batter to make small pancakes. The number should reciprocate to the number of salamis

Slice the onions.

Take small skewers. In each one skewer up alternatively pancakes salamis and onions until the stick is covered.

Put the stick in a ovenproof plate and spread the noodles and grated cheese over it.Sprinkle garlic flakes and black pepper on top and microcook for afew seconds till the cheese melts Serve hot
