Steps

First peel the potatoes wash them and cut into thin circle slices put into cold water.

To make marination, take a bowl add curd,ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,haldi,tandoori masala,cumin powder and salt mix all well.Now add the potatoes in this marination and coating well. Keep them in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Now in another bowl take corn starch and maida add salt and black pepper. Add little by little water and mix well and make a thin batter.

In a kadhai heat the oil, take the potatoes first dip into batter and then coat with bread crumbs and deep fry all potatoes in same method. Your crispy potatoes are ready
