Ingredients

6 doughnuts
  1. 2 cupsflour
  2. 1/8 cupsugar
  3. 1/8 cupbutter
  4. 1egg
  5. 1 Tspyeast
  6. 1/2and 1/4 cups of worm water
  7. Then the glaze:
  8. 1/2 cupsugar
  9. 1/2 cuppowdered milk
  10. 1/2 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

    Put the sugar in a round ball, melt the butter a bit and add it on it, whisk together. add flour Pour ur water on it, add the yeast and then the egg.

    Mix them all together and knead for at least 15 minutes. Then cut them.

    Close to them and make sure there is no spot for air to go through ur doughnut, wait for at least 20-25 minutes until it rise, but don't let it to be over risen.

    Fry it to light brown/orange colour.

    For the glaze:mix ur milk with a little bit water and keep it aside. put ur water and sugar in a pot,stir it until it started boiling, then leave it to boil until it become a honey brown.then pour ur milk in it and mix them thoroughly. Finally decorate it with whatever you wish.
