  • Salt as per taste

  • For chickpea
  • 1 cupChickpea
  • Salt as per taste
  • as neededOil required
  • 2tomatoes
  • 2potatoes
  • 2onions
  • 1 tspjeera
  • 1 tspPoppy seeds
  • 2green chillies or as per taste
  • 3 tspoil
  • To tasteSalt
  • To tasteRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspCoriander powder
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • As needed Coriander leaves
  • For raita
  • 2 cupscurd
  • 2 spoonsugar
  • 1/2 TSPblack salt
  • 1/4 tspcumin powder

Steps

1/2 hour
  1. 1

    Add rice and dal wash it 2times add tripe quantity of water cook it for 5minutes on high flame and then 25 minutes for low flame

    In kadai take some oil heat add cumin seeds potatoes onions cook it for 5minutes at low flame add tomatoes Puri chickpea

    Mix it well untill grave leave the oil now add some water cook upto 2whistle
