  • 1/2 cwater
  • 1/2big bag baby carrots
  • 3chicken breast (or 1 per person)
  • 3 lbscubed potatoes (or sweet potato, 1 lb a person)
  • 1peeled and cubed onion
  • bowlFor the
  • 3 tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tspgarlic salt
  • 1 tspground black pepper
  • 1/4 cupearth balance butter
  • 4 tablespoonbrown sugar
  • 1 tspthyme
  • 1 tablespoonMrs dash garlic and herb
  • 1/2 tspcayenne pepper
  • For top
  • 5 tablespoonearth balance butter
  • 5small handfuls brown sugar

Steps

6 to 8 hours
  1. 1

    In order, do for the Crock-Pot

  2. 2

    Do for the bowl and melt

  3. 3

    Stir for the bowl, pour on top of crock evenly

  4. 4

    Spread out for the top

  5. 5

    Cook on low 6 to 8 hours

  6. 6

    Use the broth for a gravy and serve
