# Melt 2-3 Tbsp of butter/ ghee in an open non stick pan and add all the ingredients. Mix well.

# Keep stirring on low to medium heat so there are no lumps till the mixture thickens and combines leaving the surface of the pan. it will give more toasty flavour.

# Soread the mixture onto a greased tray, level it out and cut into squares once set.
