Ingredients

  • 250 gmrice
  • 1 tspCumin seeds
  • As neededsalt
  • 500 mlwater
  • 2 tbspbutter or ghee

    In a pressure cooker heat ghee add cumin

  2. 2

    Saute rice,add salt andd let it boil,when boiling start hen cove rthe lid and when whistle about to come off the flame,release pressure and stir and serve.
