Kwadon zogale/Moringa salad
Healthy Salad for supper 😁
Steps

How to cook ur moringa : finely remove the leaves, wash and put to a pot then add enough water to cover the leaves and allow to cook

Drain into a colander

Mold into balls and squeeze to remove water

Scatter the balls to a bowl

Cut ur tomatoes, onions and other veggies

Add the veggies to the moringa
- 7
Drizzle little oil, maggi and add ur grinded kuli
- 8
Then gently mix with spoon

NOTE: Do not over mix to avoid dampness

Serve and enjoy 😁🥗
