Ingredients

  • Cooked zogale (moringa)
  • Tomatoes
  • Onions
  • Cucumber (optional)
  • Red & green bell peppers (optional)
  • Grinded kuli (with salt, maggi, ajinomoto)
  • Little drizzle of veg. Oil
  • 1-2 cubeSeasoning

Steps

  1. 1

    How to cook ur moringa : finely remove the leaves, wash and put to a pot then add enough water to cover the leaves and allow to cook

  2. 2

    Drain into a colander

  3. 3

    Mold into balls and squeeze to remove water

    Scatter the balls to a bowl

    Cut ur tomatoes, onions and other veggies

    Add the veggies to the moringa

    Drizzle little oil, maggi and add ur grinded kuli

    Then gently mix with spoon

    NOTE: Do not over mix to avoid dampness
