For the dough,add yeast into warm water,salt,sugar and let sit for few minutes,add olive oil,in a bowl,add flour and proofed yeast and mix until u get a smooth dough, cover and let rise for an hour

For the sauce,add little oil in a pan and fry the tomato puree,add Seasoning and keep aside

After and hour bring out the dough and knead again

Rub margerine on the pan,add flour on the pan to avoid sticking

Make a round dough,and place on the center of the pan and start spreading the dough in circular motion,cover and let it rise for another 45 minutes

Get the toppings ready,grate your cheese,stir cook your minced meat with Seasoning

After 45 minutes, spread the dough again,then add your toppings,rub in the sauce, followed by cheese,minced meat,then cheese again and then the onions, pepper,

Bake for 15 minutes
