Steps

First of all take a dip kadhai put ghee, switch on the gas flame and keep on it.

Then put suji and cook it upto five to ten minutes then take one fourth of bowl of water then put kesar here and pinch of yellow food colour mix well then insert into kadhai, then put, sugar, Elachi powder, and add water.

Then half of the cup of dessicated coconut is put here and mix well then lumps arises, switch off the gas flame and keep out into in dip vessel.

Then after cooling at room temperature spread remaining coconut powder over it.

Then cut into barfi /square shape and serve it.
