Simple liver sauce

Steps

Wash and drain liver,grate scotch bonnets,cut onions and green bell pepper,make a paste of ginger and garlic.in a pot add the liver and put some water with chopped onions,black pepper,and seasoning then allow to boil for 15mins then remove from fire and set aside.

In a sauce pan,add oil when it’s hot add the grated scotch bonnets with the paste of ginger and garlic,curry then stir fry for 3mins,add spices of your choice and put some water,cover and allow it for 2mins then you add the boiled liver,some onions and green bell pepper and allow to simmer for 5mins then serve with bread,rice spaghetti or anything.
