Make dough of maida,water,pista essence and 50 gm ghee.keep for 10 mins.

Heat kadhai and add mava in it.add powdered sugar dry fruits and cardamom powder.mix it well.

Roll the dough in a circle of 5 cm.now on one side add the mixture.now fold the another side and fold it.

Heat the remaining oil and deep fry the gujiya in a kadhai.
- 5
Now heat 1 glass water in a kadhai.add sugar and make sugar syrup.now put the gujiya in the syrup and take it out.

Your gujiya is ready.enjoy it with rabri
