Take hand blender

Start blending and add 2 to 3 drops of yellow liquid food colour.

Blend it well till stiff peaks come.

Make a liquid solution of custard powder in milk and add this mixture in whipping cream.

Add butter scotch crunches.

After few minutes it becomes very smooth and thick

Add saffron and more crunches if u want.

I love this crunches so I add more.

Take a glass bowl

Pour some honey on it.

Add some dry fruits on it.

Cover it with dry fruits.

Put in freezer for 6 to 8 hours or for night.
