In a bowl, add in your all purpose flour,baking powder, pinch of salt,powdered milk,egg,melted butte,sugar,r and half cup of water,mix thoroughly and keep aside.

Brush your frying pan with some oil when heated add in your batter,when burbles begin to make then flip to the other side and remove from fire.
