Rava dhokala in the kadai

Firstly add semolina and curd in a bowl and mix it well. Now add black pepper powder, salt, 1tbs oil, green chilli and coriander leaves and lemon juice in the semolina batter and mix it well.

Now add water as much required and make a smooth and lumps free batter. Keep aside for 15-20 minutes.

Heat the kadai (utensil). Now add 2 glass water in the kadai and Put baking stand in it. now add baking soda in the dhokala mixture and mix it well. Grease the plate with some oil and pour the mixture in it. Put the plate on the baking stand and cover the kadai. After 8-10 minutes dhokala is ready and let it cool down. Now heat oil in a big spoon and add mustard seeds in it. When the mustard seeds start to crackle. now put the tadaka on the dhokala.

Garnish with some coriander leaves and Red chilli powder.
