Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsplit pigeon peas (toor daal)
  2. 2 tbspJaggery
  3. 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds, cumin seeds
  4. Pinchasafoetida
  5. 1 tspPeanut
  6. 1small lemon juice
  7. 1/2 tsp Fenugreek seeds
  8. 2green chilli
  9. Some currey leaves
  10. Handfulcoriander leaves
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  13. 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  14. 2 tsp Ghee
  15. 1 tspOil
  16. 1cloves

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and boiled daal and churn with hand grinder add 1 glass of water mix well.

    Take a pan put ghee, oil then mustard seeds cumin seeds asafetida, green chilli, currey leaves, cloves, peanut.

  3. 3

    Add daal to it then add the remaining ingredients cook untill a boil. And serve hot.
