Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsBlueberries
  2. 1/2 cupSugar
  3. Lemon Juice
  4. 2 cupshomemade Buttermilk
  5. 1 cupHeavy Cream
  6. 1 teaspoonhomemade Vanilla
  7. 2/3 cupCondensed Milk
  8. 1/2 cupplain full fat Greek Yogurt

Steps

  1. 1

    Medium pan on med.-high heat cook down blueberries, sugar and lemon for about 5 to 7 minutes. Then set aside to cool.

    Add heavy cream to a medium to large bowl and whisk it like crazy to fluff it, then fold in buttermilk. In another bowl mix condensed milk and greek yogurt until smooth. Then combine both bowls and mix well.

  3. 3

    Spoon cream and blueberries in layers into any pan, container or even muffin pan- then swirl it around with a butter knife and freeze for 4 hours or over night.
