Lamb Chops with Honey and Nigella Seeds

Prepare a baking dish. Slice the onion and spread it in the dish, then add the peas, corn, and mushrooms. Rinse and drain the lamb chops, then season them with the spices, salt, honey, nigella seeds, and olive oil. Mix well and let marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Lightly season the vegetables with the same spices and mix well. Spread them evenly in the baking dish, place the lamb chops on top, add 1 cup of water, and bake for 1 hour, turning the chops every 15 minutes.

Total cooking time is about 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Note: I also added some pieces of chicken breast to the dish.
