Wash ans cut baakla fali, onion, potato and coriander leaves..

Heat oil in a kadahi..Add cumin seeds, asafetida and onion...Till it turns golden red...

Now add turmeric, red chilli, garam masala...Add baala fali and potato...Mix well for 1 minute..Add salt to taste mix it well for 1 minute...

Add 1 cup of water..And cover kadahi...And keep it on low - medium flame....

After 5-6 minutes check it and mix again...

Cover it again...

When potato and fali cook well and become soft add sabhi masala and green coriander leaves....Switch the flame off...

Tasty sabji is ready...😋. Enjoy with curd,,,,, roti / paratha..
