Wash the chicken thighs properly, and slit them slightly. Add salt and pepper, and massage properly.

In a nonstick frying pan, add 1 tbsp white oil and fry the chicken thighs, till golden brown. Keep aside. U can cover and cook. Optional.

Now in the same pan,add butter.Then add the chopped garlic and fry for a minute.Add chilli flakes and English mustard. Fry for a minute. Now add the honey, and the fried chicken thighs.

Stir all the pieces with the masala, till properly mixed. Garnish with chopped spring onions, and serve hot.It should be juicy and soft from inside.

Serve with parsley rice, or just mashed potatoes with butter and buns.
