Ingredients

  1. 1 cupboiled rice
  2. 1/2 cupjeggury
  3. 1/2grated coconut
  4. 1/2 tspcardamom powder
  5. 1 tbschopped dry fruits
  6. 1/2 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly add rice and water in the mixture jar and make a smooth paste. now put the pan on the gas stove. And put the prepared mixture in it. Cook it until it gets thick.

    Make a dough of the mixture when gets thick.

  3. 3

    Now take another pan and add jaggery, coconut and little water and mix it until it gets thick. When this mixture gets thick then add cardamom powder and dry fruits in it and let it cool down.

    Now take the rice mixture dough and make small balls from it. Flatten the dough balls and then fill the mixture of jaggery and coconut in it. Then again roll them in the shape of ball.

  5. 5

    Now steam them for 15-20 minutes and serve them hot.
