    Wash potato then peel.patato slizer one by one potato slize after two three fresh water to wash.Potato slize keep in water.One big bowl water boiling add potato slize to boil 4to 5 minutes.Strain water potato one by one plastic over the potato cool in fan over night.second day hot sun keep the potato chip crisp.The hot oil fry the chips light in color red chilli chat marsala or salt mix and eat.
