Ingredients

  1. 1 litremilk
  2. 2 tablespoonsvanilla flavoured custard powder
  3. 3 tablespoonscondensed milk
  4. little bit saffron strings
  5. 2 tablespoonsmixed dry fruits
  6. 2Crushed cardamom
  7. 1 Cupvermicelli
  8. as requiredFew trutti, fruity
  9. as requiredfew cherries

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    First heat the pan and boil the water, after boiling add the vermicelli keep it for few minutes, and strain it then, put it in the bowl.

  2. 2

    Heat another pan to boil milk

  3. 3

    Boil until it turns in one third, now add the condensed milk keep stir add few strings of saffron, and also add the half cup milk mix with vanilla custard powder keep stir, in the low flame of the oven

  4. 4

    Add the dry fruits mix well then add the vermicelli, add the cherries, mix well, and garnish with trutti fruity

  5. 5

    Delicious pudding is ready ___
