In a large mixing bowl add all the ingredients except oil (deep frying)

Mix well now knead a dough with Lukewarm water. Cover it and rest it for 20 minutes.

Now heat oil in kadhai, take small piece round it and roll it deep fry in oil.

You can also add some pickles masala for extra spicyness.

This puries served with tea.
